Roles & Responsibilities Design and implement solutions for monitoring, scaling, performance improvement, and configuration management of systems running SaaS application on AWS infrastructure Develop automation framework for public cloud infrastructure deployments Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, software, storage and performance issues Maintenance, management, and streamlining of all of our servers, external processes, and hosted services Participate in architecture planning sessions with development team Develop tools for automation, monitoring and system reporting Making sure that the infrastructure is secured on a regular basis Make sure the infra is running optimally and scalable Skills & Requirements 2 4 years of experience in large-scale cloud-based Infrastructure, AWS preferred Working knowledge of build automation and CI/CD pipelines Well versed in DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking and security AWS architecture, developer, or devops certifications a plus Exposure to scripting languages such as Python, bash is a plus Experience in creating cloud cost models and running cloud readiness assessments Auto and manual scaling in AWS, High Availability concepts, monitoring, data backup and disaster recovery Knowledge of cloud security and identity best practices AWS architecture including : IAM, ELB, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Cloudformation, Cloudfront, Autoscaling, DataPipeline, Security Groups Knowledge of application deployment and data migration on AWS Bachelor s Degree in CS or related field, or equivalent work experience Advantages Some of the most challenging data problems.
