Job Summary Job Description

Have creativity and imagination.
Be adaptable and able to pick up new design techniques.
Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Establish the purpose of the website based upon its target audience.
Give imagination on layout, colors and style suitable to the type of industry.
Able to study, research, self motivate & analyze requirements to create best designs to fit web standards.
Smart in balancing the space with call to action/eye catchy graphical formats.
Prepare wireframes, dummies & high resolution mockups.
Understand the requirements, analyze & produce creative mockups web / smart devices designs.
Design, manage and deliver creative designs for internal and external clients through various forms of media.
Be able to work closely with our overseas sales & marketing team and internal branding projects, exceed client expectations, delivering high quality work on time every time.
Have awareness of time management on each project.
Liaise with the development team to ensure the integrity of the original concept is not lost.
Use experience and knowledge to identify and resolve design, artwork and other web challenges.
Think/research creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which meets all web applications (ecommerce & CMS based websites are our top domains).

Skills Required

Understanding of responsive/ adaptive design.
Excellent CS skills particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw (InDesign advantage).
Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of both print and online based work and clients.
Excellent typography and layout skills.
Good quality retouching skills.
Accuracy & attention to detailing in every part of design.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
