Roles/ Duties & Responsibilities

  • Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system
  • Architecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the business organizational process
  • Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
  • Balance business users requests and requirements with technical constraints
  • Writing technical specifications for planned work
  • Mocking up specifications for our overseas Live Services team, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projects
  • Installing and maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as Click Dimensions, Linked In and Inside View
  • Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
  • Developing Power BI & SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and Fetch XML or difference applications
  • Working closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the CRM system
  • Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system
  • Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog and source control
  • Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system
  • Regularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager and business users on the status of issues and projects
  • Coordinate with Business Systems Manager to ensure overall business solution is positioned and implemented in line with global architecture and roadmap
  • Estimating the completion of tasks and managing resource time
  • Ensuring consistent release management, change management and project approval processes
  • Support of the application including fixing application issues
  • Interact with prospects / clients to understand business requirements
  • Demonstrate MSCRM solution capabilities to the client
  • Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
  • Create Solution design to address client business, interface and performance requirements
  • Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
  • Create functional requirement and functional design for customizations
  • Create estimates for implementation tasks
  • Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
  • Installation, setup and configuration of MS CRM, Dynamics Marketing, Dynamics Social, Parature.
  • Data migration from external systems into MS CRM
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
  • Conduct user and administrator training
  • Complete the project tasks on time and under budget
  • Build expertise in Industry areas of focus, contributes to development of Industry solutions
  • Assist sales and presales teams to prepare proposals, participate on client presentations and support business development and the sale of professional services when necessary
  • Qualifications

  • Strong written communications especially related to articulating technical specifications
  • 7+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2013 /2016/365 CRM
  • Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML, SQL Server, SSRS including plugins, scripting and form creation
  • Experience with CRM API, REST/ODATA and SOAP endpoints
  • Strong understanding of and ability to configure security groups, roles and teams
  • Comfortable using Visual Studio, TFS/VSTS, source control, CRM SDK
  • Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
  • Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL
  • SSIS or other ETL technologies
  • Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutions
  • Microsoft Certification
  • Project Management
  • Experience as an MS Dynamics CRM consultant in a client-facing role for MS Dynamics top tier or similar consulting organization is highly desirable
  • Hands-on experience in designing, configuring or administering MS Dynamics CRM required
  • MS Dynamics CRM: SDK, report writing, installation, configuration and customizations
  • MS SQL Server and SSRS reporting services experience
  • Unit Testing: Test Case preparation and execution
  • Working with all phases of the SDLC process
  • Scribe certification preferred
  • Vertical experience desired
  • Strong work ethic; Ability to work in non-structured work environment (i.e. remotely, home office, etc.)
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients
  • Self-Starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
