Job Summary
Job duties: Project management, planning & regular client meetings.
Online and onsite implementation
Gathering & documentation of client requirements.
Integration requirements gathering & testing.
Database configuration & testing.
Training of client users.
Follow our implementation methodology in implementing software to new clients.
Undertaking scoping work, answering emails on functionality and pre sales meetings.
Undertaking of projects for current clients requesting configuration changing or expansion.
Updating internal documentation.
Continual promotion of Datamate solutions to clients.
Keeping up to date with new functionality and sharing implementation experience with team members to continually improve implementation processes.
Qualification : Degree/Masters in Computer Science & IT, MCA, BCA, B-tech
