Essential Functions/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently with daptary s wiwah.com customers.

  • Customer counseling
  • Recording customer feedback appropriately and providing feedback to the management
  • Establishes and maintains user accounts
  • Keeping customers informed of developments at daptaryswiwah.com via newsletters and exception reporting.
  • Assisting with profile creating, screening & sending profile address to the customer procedures.
  • increasing interaction through automated systems for getting touch with customer.
