Subject Matter Expert, Accounts Payable Job in Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd

We are looking for a candidate who have an end to end experience in Procure to Pay area and can act as Subject Matter Expert in the domain, driving improvement projects for Danfoss Global.

If you are detailed oriented in Payable Process, have project management skills then you might be the one we are looking for! You will be reporting to Global P2P Head.

• Ability to drive to drive Global / Regional projects in P2P independently.
• Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, cross teams for roll in of SAP Hana into Countries.
• Able to drive automation projects, new tools in Procure to Pay area.
• Exposure in writing Standard Procedures, Business operating packs etc.
• Investigating and resolving problems associated with Procure to Pay Process.
• Assisting with monthly status reports, project charters and MIS trackers.
• Receiving, researching and resolving a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons
• Communication with team across different Regions Asia Pacific, Europe etc.
• Support in governance of SLA and KPIs.

• Commerce Graduate/ Postgraduate with 7-10 years of work experience into Accounts Payable and T&E.
• Expertise in handling projects, Transitions.
• Exposure to SAP HANA and Automation skill is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong driver with a deep insight and fact-based approach - demonstrating great overview and fast problem-solving skills at multiple organizational levels
• Experience in incorporating Six sigma and Lean methodologies into continued process improvements
• Prior working experience to International environment in Manufacturing organization is preferred.
