Sap Fico Specialist Job in Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd

Danfoss is looking for FICO super user who can act as a bridge between IT and end user

• T feasibility analysis of incoming requests
• Support IT setup for new processes
• Daily support of global SAP users community
• Maintain and safeguard standard template
• Secure compliance of template with the Danfoss Global Process Model
• Pre- and Post-SAP implementation support
• Coordinate SAP user training with Subject Matter Experts
• Gatekeeper for the global template
• User support on SAP FICO queries
• Interface to Danfoss IT
• Follow up of SAP projects
• Secure standard hierarchies in CO
• Translate the business needs into SAP FICO solutions
• Support legal changes to be implemented into the SAP

• Qualified ICWA / Masters in Accounting with relevant experience in SAP FICO
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in SAP FICO as Super User / Power User
• Understanding and specialist knowledge of the finance operations in SAP
• Open Text VIM knowledge is added advantage
• Delivery and support of SAP FI/CO end user training
• Possess excellent communication skills and be an effective team player in a global company
• Work on your own with multiple teams and develop solutions to meet all parties requirements
• Understand the projects business requirements and timelines and have the ability to drive closure of design issues to meet the projects go live dates
• High performance drive, take initiatives and work very independently on projects/business cases/tasks
• Assertive and result driven, strong in both planning and execution
• Ability to present complex issues clearly and convincingly.
