Sap Fico - Data Functional Consultant Job in Danfoss Industries Pvt Ltd

Danfoss is looking for an experienced Data Functional Consultant - SAP FICO of Danfoss Group IT (DGIT). This team is responsible for supporting our existing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Business Intelligence (BI) systems supporting Danfoss in its digitalization and electrification agenda across the globe.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Masters Degree /Engineering Degree with E2E business process knowledge
• 6+ years experience in SAP Data Migration - predominantly in the FICO area
• Extended knowledge & experience working on multiple SAP-ERP Projects (preferable at least 1 on SAP 4/HANA)
• Experience working on global projects
• Willing to travel abroad for training and projects
• Good oral and written communication and presentation skills

Tasks:

• Be a member of the global Data migration team
• Acting as the pivotal position between functional process experts, technical migration resources and local business.
• Drive designs and improvements, Participate in handover from release preparation to migration and collaboration with data cleansing
• Execute Kickoff-Meetings Workshops/Objects in release phase, facilitate analysis of new systems and data objects, field mapping document
• Support of IT factory unit test of data load, load cycle execution for assigned data objects for release, Go-live facilitation

Hard skills Function specific.

• SAP Data migration knowledge of a variety of data tools including BODS, LMSW, Migration Cockpit
• SAP FICO experience including requirement gathering, solution design, business blueprinting, fit-gap analysis and system design
• Thorough understanding of Finance/Controlling business processes and related data definitions and data mapping rules relative to GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Controlling and Costing
• Good knowledge of FICO integration with other modules, especially sales and purchasing
• Experience in an international multi-company code, multi-currency environment
• Experience with product costing in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage several projects at one time
