Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities :

Have hands-on development experience of 3 plus years
Good communication skills
Working knowledge of Relational & No SQL Databases
Worked in agile (Scrum & Kanban)
Managed the team size of 5-6 members
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
Planning, Creating WBS & Monitoring project activities
Manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones

Good to have skills:

Involved in designing application architecture
Aware of application-level security
PMP/CSM is a plus
Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Experience Required :

5 to 8 Years
