Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities: Provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues, mergers and acquisitions, financial offerings, financial structuring, non-disclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and business strategic planning. Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Conduct and coordinate research into a variety of legal issues. Represent the Company or its officials in various legal proceedings. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations, etc. Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles, and other documents. Write and administer complex vendor, client, and employment contracts. Develop and recommend of operating policy and procedural improvement Develop and recommend company policy and position on legal issues.

Minimum Requirements

A Qualified Corporate Lawyer with good academic record, preferably with around 10 years of total legal experience, of which the last 3 years should be in an IT Corporate organisation. Knowledge and Skill Requirements: Expertise in all aspects of Indian Corporate Law Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations. Up-to-date with all latest amendments and legal citations. Some knowledge of patents and IPR is a plus, as the role requires coordination with specialists patent law firms
