Creative Director/Manager Job in DS Solutions

Looking for immediate joiners with short notice and experience ranging 6+ years.

Location - Chennai

Take an active, hands-on role in helping to develop, maintain, and refine animation.

Support the evolution and maintenance of pipeline workflow

Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.

Assist in researching, exploring, and communicating best practices in art and discern which competitive ideas are most effective; help lead the development of goals, standards, processes and feedback mechanisms

Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.

Help develop creative estimates and ensure high quality execution of all deliverables

Required Skills

Solid experience in the animation background.

Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.

Build, lead, and review work of the creative team in the production of all web, print, and digital marketing collateral.

Bachelors degree in Arts, Graphic Arts, or related field is required

Expertise in arts/design, and a demonstrated ability to direct, mentor and enhance the efforts of a creative team

Expert understanding of art direction and storytelling with mentorship from end to end.

A demonstrable passion for animation and design.

Strong creativity, imagination and attention to detail

Articulate 360, Storyboard, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Maya and Max working knowledge.

Age limit: 25 to 40 Years
