Job Summary Overall responsibility is to drive the entire business operations for the Agri Business with focus on top line and bottom line performance, increasing revenue and augmenting profitability.Business Strategy -:Setting short term/ long-term business objectives.Ensure long-term viability of the business. Guides preparation of the annual Business Plan in co-ordination with Departmental heads and Corporate Planning cell.Business Performance -:Monitor business performance regularly. Ensure systems and processes within the business for continuous product and process improvements. Provide direction to and monitor functions of key departments like Marketing, Sales, and Production etc.Operations, Technical and Co-ordination -: Identifying and Sourcing of Agri based indigeneous or imported raw material. Processing of Raw Material into finished goods.Giving inputs for Packaging of finished goods.Co-ordinating with all other departments like supply chain, Purchase, RandD etc.Marketing and Business Development -: Evolve and establish Marketing Plans and strategies. Establish Sales Strategies including distribution. Evaluate new business plans.People development -: Motivate and guide his Team to achieve objectives.Minimum Requirements

Msc. Agriculture, Should have worked in an Agri based Industry

M.Sc
Experience Required :

9 to 15 Years
