BUSINESS HEAD FOOD Job in DS Group Ltd.

Overall responsibility is to drive the entire business operations for the Food Business with focus on top line and bottom line performance, increasing revenues and augmenting profitability.Business Strategy -: Setting short term/ long term business goals and objectives.Preparation of the annual Business Plan and budgets.Business Performance -: Monitor business performance. Develop and ensure systems and processes within the Foods business for continuous product and process improvements.Marketing and Business Development -: Improve market penetration and business volumes. Develop Marketing and Brand strategies.Evaluate new Business Plans.Operations, Technical and Co-ordination -: Co-ordinating with all other departments like supply chain, Purchase, RandD etc for running the food business.Optimisation and effective utilisation of Resources.Team Management and people development.

Minimum Requirements

MBA (Full time) from a reputed institute, More than 15 yrs work experience in Sales and Marketing and around 2 to 3 yrs in heading a business including exposure to production function.Should be preferably from the Food business.
