• Knowledge of Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and Innovations in retail lending processes/services.
• Deep knowledge of the NBFC domain - a retail lending journey across Digital SME & Personal Loan, Home Loans, and other loan products
• The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of Business Analysis, Banking (esp. Lending) domain, and people management skills to play a key role as a functional consultant throughout the project life cycle of the assigned project
• Knowledge of or proficiency in digital products/processes related to Retail/Corporate Lending
• Must possess deep knowledge of the following products: Personal Loans, Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Education Loans etc.
• Ensuring compliance with the Credit Policy and processes within TAT Responsible for Credit underwriting and Credit Appraising of Business loans.
• Ensure adherence to credit Processes & Policies
• Review all customer proposals in the area to ensure all documentation is done properly and the entire legal and customer evaluation process has been followed.
Preferred - credit Analysis skill with 2+ years experience
