Description
Ensure calls are responded with a pleasant voice and clear speech.
Enquires of the caller to be solved within the set timelines
Ensure telephone etiquette is followed while handling callers
Confidentiality of the caller must be maintained.
To track the calls during the daytime and connect to respective OPD
To track the Appointment calls after OPD timings and same to be connected the following working day.
