Job Description:
Regularly follow up leads in CRM through phone calls/emails and update it.
Understand the client requirements and submit techno commercial proposals and quotations.
Coordinate with the customer and internal team for payment, product dispatch and installation.
Meet potential customers to explain the product functions and applications.
Coordinate with the internal team and ensure service calls are closed on-time.
Follow up with customers for product feedback and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
Complete all the sales related documentation as required by the company.
Provide new ideas and implement strategies to generate new leads and increase sales volume.
Meet with potential customers and set up appointments for technical discussions.
Provide a weekly report to the Management.
Involve in product sourcing and planning activities.
Perform other admin duties as required.
Requirements
Required Candidates:- 2 - 4 years of experience in Sales field
- Experience in a manufacturing industry/candidates with technical background will be an addedadvantage.
- Hindi speaking knowledge can be an added advantage.
