Job Summary

Job description -

  • Provide facilitation and consultation to project teams for implementation of SDLC practices / project management practices
  • Plan and conduct project reviews to monitor health of the project
  • Metrics data collection, review, analysis, and reporting
  • Prepare training material and conduct role-based process training for various roles
  • Perform gap analysis with respect to best practices and standard requirements of CMMI/ ISO 9001/ ISO 27001/ etc. and identify process improvements
  • Define new process assets / revise existing process assets in line with the compliance to the quality, information security and software engineering standards together with the organizational needs
  • Facilitate and support identification, assessment, and improvement of quality and information security requirements of projects and departments
  • Maintain the organizational repositories of risk, knowledge, metrics, and tailoring for better knowledge sharing among the employees
  • Liaison and correspond with external vendors for Information Security certifications, ISO 9001/ 27001 Certification Bodies, CMMI/ SOC2 consultants, etc.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify corrective actions for the process gaps and complaints
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC but should possess good understanding of Waterfall, Agile and Iterative Incremental lifecycles
  • Can possess experience of Quality Assurance/ Project Coordinator/ SEPG/ Process Consultant in the current profile. This can be relaxed if the candidate fits the above criteria.
