Odoo Consultant Trainee (Fresher)

No of Position : 2

To be an expert in the role the candidate shall be put under a probation period of 3 months with complete training in the field of Odoo ERP .Candidates who successfully complete the period of probation with an efficient performance and assessment score card shall be confirmed for the post of Odoo Consultant.

Responsibilities

Analyse customers needs and business processes in order to map them properly with Odoo

Follow and check the development part

Coach customers through individual sessions

Deliver functional training sessions

Support the sales team during pre-sale

Identify market changes about odoo updates, new features, plugins etc.

Must Have

UG/PG (Business, economics or IT)

Excellent planning and communication skills

Long term Career plan

Ability to work with no supervision

Analytical Skills

Ability to learn fast and execute accordingly

Nice to Have

Immediate availability

Basic Programming skills
