About this role:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer to work with our Network Architecture, Engineering and Operations teams to enhance network tooling visibility, improve speed and accuracy of network changes, and drive innovation to improve productivity.

What you will be doing:

Develop and maintain tools to enhance network visibility and automation for on-prem and cloud (AWS)

Aid in migrating production workloads from on-prem to thecloud (AWS)

Research, recommend, implement and administer network operations

Serve as architect and consultant regarding all network components, functions, and implementations

Troubleshoot and mitigate adverse impact due to network related issues.

What you will need for this position:

Expertise in working andarchitecting in Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Relevant working experience of 5-8 years

Experience in automating Network provisioning and configuration tasks utilizing Python, Ansible, NAPALM etc.

Creating technical requirements and working with the Engineering team to develop, test and launch the functionality on-time and with high quality

Strong desire to code, produce clean readable code, good understanding of software development best practices, open source systems and git repositories

Linux scripting knowledge (bash,Perlor Python)

Experience working with a variety of APIs

Experience with protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.

Ability to create templates using Terraform or CloudFormation

Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, SE, CS, or related technical degree.

Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks firewalls, Cisco routing, and switching technologies, F5 load balancers.

Knowledge of VPN architecture and strong experience of LAN switching technologies.

Exposure to continuous integration and deployment.

Experience with selection, design, implementation, and support of enterprise network systems and diagnostic tools.
