Duties:
Monitor and support Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS across the world.
Make recommendations to the business on how to optimize and improve usage of the above tools.
Automate deployment and management of Identity tools.
Troubleshoot and problem solve ongoing issues.
Architect pipeline to transition Cvent from legacy infrastructure to cloud-first and cloud-native tools.
Develop monitoring and alerting to be warned of critical incidents.
Support a varying array of toolsets used by employees across the enterprise.
Base Requirements:
5-8 years relevant experience in IT operational roles
Bachelor s Degree in CS/IT preferred
Automation / Scripting experience preferred
Demonstrable experience in Active Directory, Okta, Amazon Directory services, and/or other common Identity and Access Management tools.
Solid demonstrable skills in Linux and/or Windows administration.
Experience with Amazon Web Services heavily preferred.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools, such as Active Directory, Office 365, File & Print Management, DNS, DHCP.
