Job Description:

We have multiple Product Consultant positions open in our Client Services department across all three product areas: Event Management, Web Surveys and Supplier Network, for graduates with 2-5 years of relevant work experience. You shall be a part of the primary touch-points for clients providing support for Cvent software.

Client Services Team

Our team of about 150+ Product Consultants, Analysts and Relationship Managers is a close-knit group of dynamic and high-energy professionals. Cvent hires bright people who are willing to learn and are extremely motivated to succeed. Most of our team has received their Bachelor Degrees within the last few years. We have people from various educational backgrounds including psychology, communications and computer information systems.

Work Hours: US Shift

Clientele

Cvent has over 80,000 users. Representative customers include Marriott, Hyatt, KPMG, the World Bank, Rolls Royce, American Marketing Association, Wal-Mart, Mobil, Yahoo, Harvard University, United Way, BMW, and Siemens.

Position Duties:

Survey Creation and Management - build complex surveys in the Cvent tool per client requirements on graphic design, logic, data collection, inclusion of historical results, reporting, etc.

Contact Management organize and manage client s contact database including formatting and uploading contact lists; drafting and designing email communications; scheduling survey invites and reminders; and monitoring response rates.

Survey Design and Review leverage sample surveys, experience, and question library to draft or revise survey instruments that achieve client objectives.

Third Party Vendor Management coordinate the process for services provided by third party vendors for translations, paper surveys, etc.

Client Communication serve as the primary point of contact for all communication with the client during the survey process. Offer Cvent best practice tips to clients in an effort to boost their survey performance/response rate.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor s degree with strong academic credentials. Preference would be given to IT graduates, Statistics graduates, Math graduates or those who have done a computer course along with their graduation.

Should have 2-5 years of experience with a reputed BPO in supporting US, UK or Australia clients on software.

Good knowledge on Microsoft office, HMTL, photo editing.

Candidate must rank within the top 20% of their present team.

High comfort level in using online software products.

This position will involve working in the night shift and weekend shifts.

Must be articulate, organized, detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.

Quick learner, with a positive attitude and ability to work well within a team.

Preference would be given to candidates who have prior experience of having travelled abroad, studied abroad or worked abroad.
