Job Summary

About the role:

Cvent, Inc. is seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to support the global Learning and Development (L&D) team in our Client Services (CS) division. The L&D team is responsible for driving the customer-facing learning strategy and aligning signature learning programs to business goals. This team is also responsible for developing and delivering training content for new client services employees. As the Training Coordinator, you will work closely with a growing, global L&D team and gain exposure to programs and initiatives related to internal and external client services training.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the planning and execution of signature internal and external CS learning programs and initiatives, including communications, roster maintenance, and material preparation
  • Provide administrative support and coordination for training events, including: calendar management, webinar coordination, production of training materials, data management, report management, asset management, reserving rooms, etc.
  • Manage multiple email inboxes: triage and respond to requests from external and internal clients
  • Provide administrative support for the Learning Management System (LMS), including attendance tracking, course maintenance, troubleshooting and reporting
  • Assist in other knowledge management activities such as file management, Cvent wiki updates, etc.
  • Collaborate with other internal Cvent teams including HR, Marketing, Technology, and Sales
  • Potential for facilitation of basic course offerings

What You Will Need for this Position

  • Bachelor s degree
  • 6-8 years of work experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills, strong time management skills and ability to successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good experience with Excel, analysis and reporting
  • Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Self-starter who is flexible, action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to comfortably work in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Should be comfortable working East Coast hours
  • Event management, Learning & Development or LMS experience a plus
