- Clearing Transactions
- Handle customer queries
- Will be responsible for adherence of the policies and procedures of the bank.
- Responsible for circulating proper MIS to the department heads on the activities.
- Analytical skills
KRA:
- Comply with the rules and policies of the bank
- Customer Profile Updation
- Ensure the TAT prescribed for each file
- Co-ordination with CBS and Branches
- Maintain and circulate MIS relevant to the above functions
