Job Summary

Key Performance Area/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of high value accounts-mid size corporate or HNI customers.
  • Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the FOS officers of attainment of budget and incentives.
  • Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
  • Cross selling of asset and 3rd Part products.
  • Monitor and guide BDE Team and ensure achievement of business objectives
  • Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents
  • Strategies promotional activities of products and services
  • Timely intervention ensuring sales quality and sales target and repeat business
  • Study and analyse the service quality by visiting/ interacting branches and customers and recommend remedial measures.
  • Ensure highest level of compliance and quality
  • Minimize customer complaints
  • Maintain liaison with Branch Managers/Area Manager/Departments in Zonal/ Head office for speedy resolution of problems face by branches
  • Establish sales reporting mechanisms as per company standards
  • Conducting periodic performance reviews of the team
  • Evaluation of performance vis-avis the competitors of the locality
  • Coordinate with cross functional /other vertical business departments to facilitate business by branches
  • Assist BDE s in chalking sales/marketing strategies
  • Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head
  • Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team
  • Assist vertical head in product design
  • Any other duties and responsibilities, assigned by the Bank
  • Experience Required :

    4 to 6 Years
