Job Summary
In-depth knowledge of local building bylaws, Local market practices, and competition approach in respect of real-estate based lending.
Liasoning with the Vendors for the Valuation, Vetting of valuation reports, checking the valuation in line with the market
Ensuring valuation-related processes are designed in coordination with various stakeholders like Business, CAD, and Risk for effective execution with respect to regulatory requirement, risk control & operational efficiency.
Visiting the property on sample basis
Ensuring time bound resolution of queries raised by stakeholders Business / CAD / RISK and other support units.
Vendor Performance Assessment and control monitoring through Sampling and periodic Visits, wherever applicable
Responsible for leading continuous improvement in process, quality and valuation aspects
