Your Challenge:
CRY Child Rights and You is Indias premier child rights NGO. We work to ensure lasting change in childrens lives by ensuring child rights through community empowerment. We do this by working with grassroots-level NGOs, communities and their children, influencing government policies, raising funds, and efficiently disbursing them, creating awareness and mobilizing peoples opinions on child rights.

Your Role:
The position lies in the research function within CRY. The primary role of the research function in CRY is to generate evidence to facilitate both programming as well as policy discourse towards CRY goals.

The role shall be responsible to help and initiate drafting research studies as per the organisations priorities. The role will be responsible for implementing the studies and documenting them, conducting literature reviews, do secondary data analysis and also help in publishing the research paper/articles. This role is responsible for developing and updating the data bank, data mining and sharing on an on-going basis on the various issues covering child rights in order to provide content and support to research and policy analysis.

Your Qualification:
The candidate must be a postgraduate in social sciences, statistics. The candidate must have more than 7 years of experience in social development research. The candidate should be technically quipped in areas of Research, Data Management and analysis and should possess excellent writing skills. Understanding of child rights issues would be preferred.
