  • Experience with Certificate Management
  • WMI experience

  • Experience working through the product life-cycle
  • Excellent Documentation skills
  • Understanding new Market Requirements
  • Experience with working with Telephony Applications a plus
  • Broad knowledge of the Telephony and Contact Center a plus
  • Desired Experience working with Windows API s in the area of Certificate Management.
