Roles/Responsibilities: Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and gather relevant research materials. Collect and organize data using various research methodologies and tools. Help analyze research data and present findings in a clear and concise manner. Collaborate with team members to contribute to ongoing research projects. Stay updated with the latest research trends and developments in the relevant field. Contribute to the preparation of research reports, presentations, and publications. Maintain accurate records of research methods, data, and results. Skill Set Required: Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, computer science, biology, etc.). Strong interest in research and a passion for gaining practical experience in the field. Basic knowledge of research methodologies and data collection techniques. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, R, Python) is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods. Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new research tasks.
