Roles/Responsibilities: Analyzing business requirement to determine the test strategy covered by manual testing Developing new test cases (part of In-sprint development) Designing, Enhancing and Executing Test Cases of Sprints/regression Attending Agile meetings (Daily scrum meeting/Sprint planning/Backlog refinement) on assigned projects Handling changes and conducting Regression Testing Co coordinating Test team members and Development team to resolve the issues Identify, Record, Document Thoroughly and Track Bugs Technical Skill Set: Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes Selecting or Identifying Areas / Test cases for Automation Experience in testing Web and Client Server applications Should be able to understand the requirement and create Detailed, Comprehensive and Well-structured Test Cases Well versed with SDLC, STLC and other Quality Assurance processes Should have knowledge of JIRA Experience with working in Agile methodology Good problem-solving approach is required for better and optimized development. Total Experience should be more than 3 years. Good Communication skills. Should be well versed in Manual Testing and should have experience with a Variety of Different Testing Techniques such as Ui Testing, Cross Browser, Internationalization testing, DB testing etc. Testing Strong Knowledge of Software QA Methodologies, Tools and Processes.
