Roles and Responsibilities 3-4 Year minimum work experience Field sales/Inside Sales (preferably in IT Services company/even IT product may do) and preferably external/customer facing. High energy, inquisitive (hunger to learn) , outgoing/pushy. Clear/Concise communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills in previous roles with outcome orientation (can ask for specific examples). Strong number orientation in terms of quantifying output (funnel creation/meetings fixed/closures/Revenue generation examples in previous jobs/assignments). Demonstrated analytical/logical reasoning skills. Well versed in MS Office (emphasis on PPT/Excel). Qualification: Bachelors/Postgraduate degree, professional qualification, or relevant experience
