Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee & drive the Client Experience team. The CE team is responsible for improving client experience with all of Crimsons brands and offering with the intent to improve retention and revenue.

The role requires one to manage a team of 4-5 associates, gradually; including Expats, with a primary focus on capturing the client's voice, understanding needs and requirements and driving improvement across the organization. Oversee & drive Client Experience improvement initiatives. Influence client experience and build loyalty with the intent to improve retention and revenue.

Key Responsibility:

The role of this position will entail the following:

  • To capture client voice through feedbacks and everyday issues and converting them into actionable plans for continuous improvement.
  • To work with internal departments to ensure all feedbacks and improvement areas are addressed completely to the best of quality and effectiveness.
  • To improve client retention through effective client servicing: lend a listening ear and ensure client needs are well understood and implemented.
  • To oversee the development and management of critical client retention programs.
  • To drive innovation and improvement in capturing and use of client feedback.
  • To manage a team of 4-5 associates, including Expats.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a role focused on client feedback management, customer experience enhancement, or grievance redressal.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Hands-on experience in client servicing one with a focus on understanding and addressing client grievances would come very handy.
  • Team Management experience preferred
  • Experience in Editing, Translation, STM Industry would be preferred

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Graduation in any field + Candidates having completed CRM courses or having experience with CRM applications like sales force are preferred.
