Brands Manager Job in Crictracker

Job Description We are looking for Brand Managers/ Key Account Managers with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. Ideal candidates for this role should be able to manage the overall digital requirements of CricTracker s clients. They will be the custodians for these client accounts in the digital space. Responsibilities To ensure smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations of the client accounts. To handle multiple client accounts simultaneously Manage a team of social media executives/Sr. executives To ideate with the department lead on a regular basis for process excellence Ownership of all the brand communications including SM properties and website Ownership of all the deliverables of the accounts as per the SLAs To prepare regular reports on a weekly & monthly basis Plan client meetings as and when required Brand Retention Coordinate with the internal teams for smooth delivery of the requisites. Keeping up to date with the latest happenings in the digital space Following the SOP with no lapses Requirements Excellent knowledge of the digital space including Social Media, Content creation & Ads Management Understanding of brand guidelines with attention to detail and great planning sense to meet deadlines Strong command over the language Being a team player Excellent client servicing skills Skillset to work on the way forward strategy and communication plan for the clients Ability to come up with new campaign ideas Excellent knowledge of sports, especially cricket Ability to work under a high-pressure environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing/MBA Being a part of successful/award-winning campaigns Knowledge of SEO and a great sense of design Knowledge of Google Analytics & website management Proven 2-3 years of work experience as a Brand Manager / Key Account Manager in a digital agency or a brand Experience 2 to 3 years of experience Location Bangalore office
