Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of CricTracker, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments. Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the company's vision. Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness by optimizing processes, workflows, and resource allocation. Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate organizational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the organization. Lead and mentor a high-performing team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure individual and team growth. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Stay abreast of industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions. Identify potential risks and develop risk management strategies to ensure business continuity and mitigate potential disruptions. Drive innovation and contribute to the development and execution of new business initiatives and expansion plans. Represent CricTracker at industry events, conferences, and meetings, promoting the company's brand and building strategic partnerships. Requirements Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a COO or similar, within the sports or media industry. Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions. Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Knowledge of the sports industry and a passion for cricket is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
