Job Summary

Crest Data Systems is looking for Senior IT Administrator with 5+ years of experience who will be responsible for managing and owning all aspects of IT infrastructure. The IT Manager role entails end to end management of IT Infrastructure for all domestic as well as overseas locations for the group with focus on data center management and network operation center management.

Managing and owning all aspects of IT
Leading & mentoring team.
Responsible for the availability of IT infrastructure.
Responsible for planning, designing, and deployments of new IT solutions.
Ensuring the best practices of the IT process to be followed.
Ensuring all processes, incidents and other required information are documented.
Responsible for security Audits and policies.
Responsible for IT inventory and its procurement.
Ensures effective people management (performance reviews) & task management for smooth execution.
Demonstrates ability to multitask & re-prioritize responsibilities based on dynamic requirements.

5+ years of experience
Experiencein working on storage area networks, virtualization, routers, switches, Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Experience of IT Security including firewalls and anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management.
Must be able to solve the problem with a methodical approach.
Experience in managing documents of all process, incidents, and other required information.
Experience in managing security Audits and Policies.
Should possess excellent oral, written, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be able to succeed with minimal resources and supervision.
