Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing, attracting, and hiring job candidates for their open positions. Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners Independently manage your set of clients and proactively engage with them for their recruitment needs Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and joining Source high-caliber candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals, etc. Generate market contact database by performing market research through various channels Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs The Successful Candidate We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria: Minimum 5+ years of strong experience in a recruitment firm Should have a bachelor s and an MBA/Post graduate degree with prior work experience in a client-facing role Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Should have strong commercial business acumen
