Responsibilities:
- Research prospective accounts (Banks- Private & PSU, NBFCs, HFCs,Digital Lenders, Small Finance Banks, Cooperative Societies and UrbanCooperative Banks) in targeted markets, pursue leads and follow through toa successful agreement
- Identifying new prospects within the area youhave been assigned.
- Designing client acquisition pitches, respondingto the RFP documents, compensation design and legal agreements etc.
- Designing and implementing highest standards ofcustomer service and satisfaction.
- Providing daily report of field sales successand maintaining database of clients and qualifying prospects as hot , warm andcold.
- Follow the latest industry developments and stayup-to-date on corporate competitors
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2+ years of Business development experience in the insurance sector.
- Experienceof catering to the various BFSI, NBFC clients.
- Excellent presentation, oral communicationskills and negotiation skills.
- Superior technical skills required to understandand propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
- Good industry knowledge; target orientedindividual with outstanding sales aptitude and business knowledge.
