Responsibilities:
- Coordinating directly with the CEO and other c-suite level executives for the overall business strategy and growth
- Reporting for driving projects as well as to deliver company's top line and bottom-line growth goals
- Making judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning across the organization
- To look into various field such as company strategy, fundraising, business plan making, business operations, marketing, sales, hiring, product, etc - whatever is the top priority
- Solving any challenges in a very creative manner way that may come your way
Requirements:
- MBA, preferably in sales & marketing or strategy as major
- 3+ years of experience in business or executive management role preferred if you have Consulting experience with a focus on operations management
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
