Job Description : We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Center Engineer with good communication, should have a flair for customer service able to work in shifts/Sundays/Holidays & should have a two wheeler

Job Description

• 1-2 years experience in Networking, Network Debug, Functional / Protocol Testing of Networking products.
• CCNA certification complete.
• 5 Understanding of DHCP, DNS, ARP, NAT, Routing, PPPoE.
• Understanding of VLANs, Subnet, Supernet.
• Knowledge of LAN debug tools like packet capture tools, deep packet analyzers, network monitoring utilities.
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills - Desired.
• Understanding of Fiber technology preferred.
• Generate reports and report findings on a day to day basis. - Must.
• Experience in Functional, protocol level and stress test of Layer-2 switch
• Handling escalation calls and dispute of billing & payments.
• Cross check of reactivations/Disconnections.

Education: Electronics/Computer Science Degree with Professional IT certification course CCNA, MCSE etc preferred.
