  • 10+ years of project management

  • Project management certification with experience as Scrum Master

  • Understanding of basics of product management

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Stakeholder expectation management skills

  • Knowledge of domains including banking, travel, e-Commerce, as well as standard estimation methodologies

  • Experience with project tracking tools like Jira

  • Drive the Project Management Office (PMO). Plan, progress and manage deadlines

  • Own, monitor and improve certain projects, as well as be the SME

  • Define and assist implementation of new portfolio/project management tool sets

  • Manage high performance delivery teams and work with new project teams to onboard new projects to the solution

  • Train the project teams along with the learning and development team on key Agile/Scrum principles, as well as in new solutions

  • Onboard existing projects into the Project Management tool of the customer s choice

  • Manage clients and internal stakeholders across different geographies

  • Manage SDLC across all phases including fulfilling requirements of process and documentation

  • Contribute to new deals/RFP

  • Be proactive in identifying and highlighting risks, blockers and resource requirements
