About The Position

Crave InfoTech is looking to add maintenance engineering specialists to their fast growing team. This position requires a minimum of 1-3 years working experience as planner or maintenance engineer having maintenance process knowledge in SAP or other.

A degree is required in a related field as well as strong experience.

Role Expectations:

  • Strong experience in implementation of Maintenance processes.
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Maintenance process implementation experience.
  • Experience of Blueprinting, Implementing and Supporting SAP projects across geographies
  • Experience in Maintenance, Repair and Overall/Operations.
  • Experience of using manual or system based maintenance process.
  • Pro-active trouble-shooter who can analyse and solve complex business problems quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Full life cycle maintenance process implementation Project Preparation, Blueprint, Build and Test, Pilot Go-Live, Deployment, User Training
  • Provide functional and technical support for business-as-usual incidents and service requests
  • Design discussions and solution consulting for roadmap items categorized as enhancements
  • Capture business requirement in functional specification document, test fixes and document
  • Attend workshop and interact with client to understand and analyze business requirements that could be met using SAP ERP.
  • Documenting and demonstrating solutions to fill gaps between as-is and to-be processes.
  • Write functional specifications for gaps identified in standard SAP ERP to meet business requirements
  • Implementations, Roll outs, Enhancements, Support and Development Projects on SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Module.
  • Play the role of Functional in Projects.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Maintenance process implementation in Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Manufacturing and warehouse process implementation in any industry
