Job Summary

Job Purpose :

The purpose of the role includes Pre-UAT for customer change requests in UAT environment, handholding the client for UAT execution, training on various BRNET modules and product suites. Additionally, role is responsible for periodic build upgrades, unit testing of the customer build, release notes preparation, demo on existing features to existing customers. Overall Client engagement with customer for rolling out new features into production.

Responsibilities :

  • Participate in the FSD walkthrough of New Customisations
  • Prepare observations along with Senior Team Member / Manager for the FSD walkthrough
  • Pre UAT-Test and report preparation.
  • Comparison with Deliverables check list and prepare report.
  • Release Notes preparation with senior Team Member / Manager
  • UAT Support & Demo for New Customisations & Build Upgrades
  • Pre-live Check & Prepare report for Customisation & Build Upgrades
  • Backward Compatibility Test for Build Upgrades
  • Demo on Product Features for the existing customers
  • Demo Build Testing
  • Support of customisations on which support Team is not aware of the functionality / requested by Support Head
  • Enabling, Configuration & Deployment of existing functionality on request by customer / AM
  • Onsite Training for existing customers when requested by AM / Support Head.
  • Demo Build testing
  • Execution of L3 customisation.

Skills and Competencies :

  • Current/prior exp in customer facing roles
  • Exp in web Application support in finance domain(functional not technical implementation)
  • Knowledge on Microfinance or Banking Domain (optional)
  • Basic SQL Knowledge (optional)
  • Good Oral and Written Communication

Educational Qualifications :

Any Degree with Min 65% Overall.

Professional Certification :

Added advantage if any.
