The Candidate should have excellent language skillsets.
Role :
Collaborate with CEO and sales manager to understand upcoming project pipeline-related staffing requirements to be able to effectively source and recruit talent
You will develop performance-based job descriptions for various positions, and market the positions through the right online and offline channels
You will conduct screening interviews, co-ordinate and schedule interviews with the CEO and/or sales manager and manage the full-cycle of recruitment including negotiating and closing offers
You will maintain strong recruitment and applicant tracking system to effectively track progress against each open position
You will mine recruiting platforms like Monster, Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor and others for qualified candidates
You will maintain a dashboard of key recruitment metrics and participate in periodic hiring reviews with the CEO
You will need to feel the pulse of the data management industry including required skills, and tiers of pay packages in the United States and India.
You will need excellent communication skills in English as we are recruiting to fill IT positions in the United States.
You should be very comfortable with regular communication with individuals whose native language is American English
You will need to be a self-starter and highly organized
We prefer 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of recruitment experience in the software industry.
This is a night shift position as you will serve the US market. For this position, you will be located at our Chennai, India office. Cquensys is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, USA.
