Position Overview:

This position reports to the Director, Enterprise Data as part of the Master Data Management team. The person in this position will become familiar with Provider Master, Location Master domains, Consolidated Reference Data Architecture and coordinate with business analyst and program management to review functional specifications for new development/change requests/routine operations.

This person will also be instrumental in expanding to new domains and to Reference Data Management through data stewardship adoption. The person will work with Application Analysts, MDM Consultants, Program Management, MDM Architect(s), and Quality Assurance Engineers to ensure correct requirements prior to development.

This person will perform standard development tasks associated with Master Data Management including Strong SQL background, including ETL transformations and data modeling to build systems to support data analytics and have In-depth working knowledge of at least one RDBMS. Theyll also help schedule jobs, monitor ETL Health through automated services, and provide break/fix if needed.

Position Summary:

Provides application and technical information system support.

Confirm requirements for develop, populate release notes, unit test.

Coordinate routine upgrades.

Works with Application Analysts and Program Management to expedite projects.

Develops Standard Work for daily monitoring and maintenance of extraction and consumption programs.

Position Responsibilities:

Maintains assigned applications and interfaces.

Helps develop and execute test scripts and testing methodology.

Develops and maintains relationships with Application Analysts and Application Managers.

Participates in project management as assigned.

Completes routine updates according to current policies and procedures.

Maintains the confidentiality of data.

Participates in Scrum and User Story Development using Team Foundation Server.

Maintains/updates metadata documentation with each release.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Three to five years of Master Data Management experience is required.

Healthcare experience is required.

Advanced experience querying SQL databases.

Understanding of database architecture, modeling standards.

Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) experience is required.

Profisee MDM experience is preferred.

Strong understanding of the SDLC methodologies.

Ability to work as part of a team.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and sound judgment.

Must be willing to learn new technologies and techniques.
