Job Summary
Summary The candidate will function as the strategic business leader of the Region, leading all Converge related activities for multiple campuses. The candidate will develop, implement, and drive functional strategies and ensure implementation of the Converge vision. Experience A progressive professional with hospitality background and experience in Hotel Operations as either a business unit head of a select service hotel or second in command of a full-service hotel. The desired candidate is expected to have over 12 years of experience in developing and executing business strategy and leading large cross functional teams across various aspects of operations and P&L management. The ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder management is imperative. Operations and Experience
- Ensures campus look and feel standards are line with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensures continuous upgradations of services and amenities to match best in class hospitality standards.
- Overlooks all vendor SLAs, SOWs, and relations at all campuses.
- Liaise with Cowrks technology team to drive and support adoption of the Converge App.
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to execute marketing plans of all campuses.
- Liaise with operation teams for all current amenities and services.
- Liaise with Retail and Leasing team for all future amenities and services.
- Creates, develops, and implements management reports and other formats in concurrence to guidelines.
- Create and maintain operating budgets for all regional locations.
- Prepare and review reports along with financial statements to determine performance against budget.
- Analyse and strategize to build operational efficiencies.
- Lead cross functional teams of all campuses in the region including Operation Managers, CRMs, Food & Beverage Managers, and teams.
- Manage complex, multifunctional initiatives with significant impacts to people, process, and technology.
- Develop KPIs and Metrics to drive productivity, process improvement and service levels.
- Drive brand partnerships and alliances.
- Closely work with corporate teams to deliver organization goals.
- Ensure all Fire, Health Safety and Environment compliances are followed.
- Ensuring compliance of all legal requirements in connection with operations.
