Social Media:

  • Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Curate high-quality content across social platforms that align with brand identity.
  • Monitor social trends and audience feedback to drive content creation and engagement.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.

Website:

  • Oversee website development, maintenance, and optimization for seamless user experience and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for website content updates and enhancements.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement, including SEO, performance, usability, and accessibility.
  • Monitor website analytics to track key metrics and user behavior trends.
  • Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility and search engine rankings.

Collaboration with Marketing team:

  • Work with other marketing team members to deliver new/innovative departmental initiatives.
