Job Summary

Job Description :

  • Recipt of work order recived to FE
  • Fix appointment with customer for installation Visit
  • Pick up material from store
  • Visit to customer site
  • Recommend and finalize the connectivty place at customer end
  • Wiring from MUX's to customer end
  • power check through power meter
  • Router installation and configuration
  • Confirm connectivity and service with customer
  • Fill up IR report with all meterial used
  • Customer sign on IR from and inform to backend team
  • Handover the IR form to backend team twice a week
