Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

  • Hands-on implementation of CMMI V 1.3 / V 2.0 practices for Development / Services
  • Participation in at least one CMMI ML 5 assessment
  • Agile processes experience is preferable
  • ATM experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience of Statistical Tool (Minitab/Crystal Ball), Building Regression Equation
  • Good in Process Definition for CMMI models
  • Experience in Facilitating the projects and conducting internal Quality Audits
  • Preferred if having experience of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, ITIL, Six Sigma, or any other quality models
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Pleasing personality
  • Enthusiastic with energy to change the world
  • Preferable with Engineering background
