- Assess the success of development plans through MIS maintenance and post training feedback

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an L&D/Training Manager/Specialist or similar
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Ability to build rapport with Leadership, employees and vendors
- Excellent communication and professional certification will be an add on
