Job Summary
In this role you will
- Be responsible for designing, developing/implementing & maintaining DevOps automation solutions required to manage, monitor & deploy various Saba products.
- Own modules in a cradle to grave scenario.
- Need to deliver & work on existing DevOps tools & applications & also help in introducing next generation automation software to our tools suite.
You ve got what it takes if you have
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Linux Concepts & Administrative skills
- Programming using Shell scripting
- Programming using Python
- Experience working with Ansible [or other similar configuration frameworks like Chef/Puppet/Salt]
- Experience around containerization using Docker
- Container orchestration using Kubernetes
- AWS Concepts, Administration & Development skills - Including AWS Cloud Formation
- Experience around CI/CD
- Code versioning tools [Bitbucket/SVN]
- Build tools & applications [Jenkins/TeamCity]
- Knowledge around Artifactory would be a plus
- Database concepts & SQL [Oracle/PostgreSQL/MongoDB]
- An understanding of AGILE methodologies
- Knowledge of Rundeck.
- Great problem solving and analytical skills, good algorithmic background and can find creative solutions to challenging technical problems
