Job Description

The BPO specialist is person who is responsible for performing all customer service oriented Voice support activities.A BPO specialists job duties are primarily service focused, communication driven and customer centered. A BPO specialist is expected to have experience, understanding and knowledge to handle all customer inquiries/responses.

Floor Timings

"Night shifts. " ( 7 pm to 7 am ) any 9 hours shift

Week off- Any 1 day off

Educational Qualification -

Under graduate or Graduate with minimum 1 year of BPO Experience.

Communication skills required -

Excellent communication skills

Date of joining - Immediate

Round of interviews - HR,Ops and amcat test.
